W. Samuel Lindsay as President
Charles F. Points as Vice President
Thomas E. Jackson as Cashier

It received a charter on November 6, 1907. Sadly, due to the era of the economic depression, The Peoples Dime Savings Bank and Trust Association, Inc. closed its doors on October 9, 1931.
