Spring Hill Negro Cemetery is a historic African American cemetery in Mount Solon, Augusta County. The cemetery is located on the east side of Spring Hill Road (Route 613), about one mile north of the intersection with Mount Solon Road (Route 607) at Springhill Road. There are five graves marked with field stones and thirteen visibly unmarked graves. The earliest grave was in 1895, and the most recent one is dated 1923.
