An African American history tour of Clarke and Warren Counties in the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia. This self-driving tour features historic African American sites such as schools, churches, neighborhoods, cemeteries, and businesses and more. The tour starts at the area of Lewisville in Clarke County and ends at the Henrico Baltimore Family Cemetery in Middletown and covers a total of 30 sites. This tour can be done in sections depending on what part of the counties you wish to explore.
